i disagree with the gold shield tip. i think certain legends really benefit from it. especially movement legends who can move in and out of cover really quickly, or characters like crypto and fuse who might self inflict damage on purpose with their ultimates. 200hp is more than enough and if you're a good player you're probably good enough to avoid taking unnecessary damage
I agree good sir, there are plenty of times where gold is better than red
esp not worrying about batteries
I agree also if your doing solos vs duos or solos vs trios I think gold is a better choice lot of the time, being able to pop a cell and keep fighting is far better then having to pop a bat
The one about gold shields NEVER being better than red shields is a bit iffy imo.
I would say it depends on both play style and situations because more often than not it allows you to get back into the fight quicker than you would be able to if you didn't have the boost to the quicker healing items. That alone can be game changing sometimes and is especially strong on a lot of cracked players.
Also if you play sentinel - the golden armor only consumes one shield cell

Even for games that have been around for a while, it is impossible to create something fresh outside of the confines of the gaming industry. While it is inevitable that some content will be reused, doing so in a creative way rather than by mere copying and pasting is crucial. This guy is working hard, unlike any other CC, and while some ideas will undoubtedly be reused and modified, he is producing far more original videos than anyone else. Originality and uniqueness don't always equate to quality. Even the simplest of the idea can be great, it just depends on how you present it.

Gold shields are god-send in the end game. I usually give red shields to my teammates along with batts so they stocked up while i use cells mid air as pathy using mouse side button 👍

4:51 for controller if you have auto sprint on (you should) you can press for example x and hold until it’s almost open then start walking. You will continue to walk while looting. You should do this even if no one is around bc then it will become muscle memory and then there you go.

12:35 Tip #87 doesn't work anymore, try to climb a bit before falling, or landing on the very edge of a wall or ledge; that can stop the stun and even maybe boost you forward :D

What on earth is tip 41? My man's said every attachment other than a mag is a hindrance. This is why you gotta really pay attention and think about the things that are said when watching tip vids, even when the God ottr is making the vid. Accidents happen

7:47 this used to give you two stacks of ammo of whatever gun you had on you in the past but i think now it only gives you one for half the price
For the side mouse buttons I have the bottom one to slide and the top one to switch weapon, I'm not good with hitting the number buttons in the middle of a fight and having slide easy to access on my mouse makes it easier to tap strafe, wall jump and superglide for me
I got them to switch weapon and tactical. there are a few tactical abilities where you might want to move while cooking them. things like knuckle cluster, Valkyrie's missiles or Loba's teleport. They all activate once you release the button, but benefit from repositioning while using them.

5 stacks is good for amo i ur using it for long range like r301 but only if u have room for it or are using a super close range gun for secondary like pk or mastiff
Gold shields are 1000x better than red if you don't have any batteries. 3 seconds per cell isn't that bad on gold; 2 cells are basically as long as a batt. But FIVE cells? Fifteen seconds of vulnerability? Nah. In ranked I'll take gold over red any day due to the inventory economy, and personally I prefer the versatility even in pubs.
This is my opinion but me personally I like the taking damage closes death box menu because of someone shoots me I have time to use my passive to run away but great tips these are really helpful

I kind of dispute the “gold is never better then a red”. If you don’t have bats, then it’s still similar to a purple because the cells only recover 25 shield at a time…
On gold armor, small heals heal for 50

If one bat is faster than two cells you should hold atleast 2 bats with a gold shield. Also on controller while looting boxes just crouch up and down so atleast someone can’t headshot you with a sniper

Most people don’t know you can actually crouch spam while looting on controller. It’s not much movement but it’s something lol.
I usually have to yell at team mates to break before landing. I hate playing with people sometimes.

I found out on controller that decoys aren't affected by aim assist, and mirage himself is the one who will get targeted by the aim assist.

one thing i dont see but its so simple. put your holo if ur expecting a team to follow u. put a holo also where u think u might get flanked from. easy warning system
also put holo when resing or when on roof shooting at someone in distance etc as cover

2:21 i strongly disagree with this. as an octane main, gold shield is a lifesaver because i can run and heal up before they get a chance to. so ill be back at full hp before they even think abt healing. depending on the situation, id almost always drop a red for a gold. for sure

Personally I won’t agree with the controller sensitivity tip, because sensitivity is the thing which suits each person differently, I play both controller and mnk, with sensitivity on controller 4 and 5, but I have a friend who is a lot better than me and he plays 8 and 8, so I guess we cannot judge any sensitivities.
P.s I played on controller for 1.4 k hours, so I am not a trash player on controller xD

Tip#99 Doesn’t Work if you are crouched and still.
The benefit is when you Have a weapon equipped or using a Battery, while crouched you can look down AND be STAFEing your head hit box will be lower than if you were to be crouched and not moving.
Great video. Just a heads up for tip 24. When it comes to aim training, it is actually a really good idea to be changing your sensitivity and fov somewhat often. Sticking to one sensitivity on mnk will likely slow your development as an aimer. Lowing your fov for smoothness training or increasing it for target switching is very helpful as well. Aim training is all about mouse control and you should be able to control your mouse at a range of sensitivities.

Console players can't get aim trainer unless I'm mistaken. So yeah the only way you're getting better is spending a LOT of time in firing range
I use Hemlock single fire with a wingman most of the time because it's the load out I'm the most comfortable with :)

3:26 wrong, aim lab sensitivity settings are really scuffed (as well as most things about it) 1.2 in apex will be ~1.7 in aim lab.
It’s because your FOV in Apex isn’t the real FOV, 110 FOV in Apex is cl_fovscale 1.55 and Apex FOVs are calculated with 70*cl_fovscale, so 110 FOV is actually 108.5
