This is an old way of cooking chicken when the fowl used to be tough, no need for that way if the chicken is 2 1/2 to 3 lbs are tender.

What happened to the se chicken. Any spices added etc were not shown. It was shown after a min or some animal fat (assumption) was added. No specification. Pls let me know.
