@TsSana-nw9fl Kori Rotti is a Tulu Udupi - Mangalorean cuisine of India. It’s very popular in down south. Basically Kori means chicken in Tulu and Rotti are the crispy wafers made from rice. I had tried Kori Rotti at Sion Lunch home and honestly it transported me back to the region from where it originated. It was so authentic in taste ❤️ You can check out the video from the playlist. Perhaps if you’re interested in knowing how the crispy rice wafers are made then do check out the video from the playlist as I had already visited the factory and have shown the making of the Rotti. Hope it’s helpful😊🙏
@rachnagursahani9650 Thanks for writing agreed prices are a bit steep. This video was made with the objective to showcase and familiarize the viewers with different varieties of snacks / farsan and indigenous and exotic fruits and vegetables that Matunga market has to offer. I would love to explore the other markets which fall in budget if you have one in mind then please do share I will be happy to explore the same😊 🙏
