I recommend playing everything on the low strings E and A. Makes it easier than muting the e string. A lot easier to strum ;) just move everything over 5 frets

That’s terrible advice. You’re teaching bad habits by telling people to go for the easiest way to do something. Just get better at guitar. Muting strings is an extremely important part of guitar playing. This song is beyond easy and muting that string is, too. If you try to avoid it, and always look for the easy way out, you’re just making yourself a worse player. Not to mention that while it’s still the same note if you play higher, it’s also a brighter tone, rather than the warm tone of how this is actually played. It’s more important to learn how to actually do the things that might seem challenging, than it is to avoid them and learn bad habits. That will only hurt you in the long run.

It's funny that the diagram shows the bass string not being played, but in the video the bass string is being played. did you put another sound on top?

hey after messing around and im super new, it seems like the first three chords are meant to be played muted save for two strings and when i find some gd way to pull it off i do get the right sound. last two are different and maybe muted the bass string but i think it just plays straight after first three. try only playing those two strings
