Rukka Virium 2 Motorcycle Gloves First Look

In this video I take a first look at my new motorcycle gloves.
I decided to buy some Rukka Virium 2 gloves to replace older Hein Gericke gloves that were no longer waterproof.
This is just a first look and I will follow up once used over a period of time.
The thoughts and actions outlined in the video are personal to me and everyone will need to view things from their own perspective.

Yep, not really winter gloves but with heated grips they’re okay and finding them very comfy in general use

They are great gloves I’m on my second pair in 3 years but if you ride a lot they don’t last very well. The finger tips on both mine wore quickly and the lining on the middle finger on both pairs came loose. They never leak but if they get wet they do soak up water and take ages to dry out.
For me I find them good for a range of temperatures from about 10 to 20 degrees. Too cold for winter when I use heated gloves and too hot for summer when I used vented gloves.

Hi Andy, used the Viriums for a good few years. They are by far the best gloves I’ve used.

Sportsbike shop are good an have bought a few items from them, just got a pair of reusch city master gore Tex gloves yesterday from them £55 so need some heavy rain to test them out, have been looking for a new jacket at the cheaper end an looked at least a dozen an none of them will fit over my thick winter gloves, i ride yr round, my 18 yr old cheap and still watertight jacket fits over them with ease so will have to keep looking
