Hello, I Recorded a Live Reaction, but it turned out, that my Microphone is way too silent, while the Video Audio I React to, is too loud. Is there a Way to adjust those, after the Clip is recorded seperately?

Is there an email or anyone I can get ahold for filmora. I have purchased the licensing the $59 a year package and it came out of my account. Yet the systems says I have no account and i can't even export my content I have built? So far it has been a terrible experience getting plugged into this system. Amy insight would help
