No red should show when the flag is folded and tucked. There are "cheat tips" on other sites that will help so this doesn't happen. Also needs to crease and fold the flap better so a triangle is sharp.
it's an idea of what your are suppose to do for the sake of the video it shouldn't take for ever and it shouldn't be sloppy you go to him and do it your self let's see how you do its not just him it's two people maybe the other person didn't know what they were doing you guys need to chill out I'm sure he can do better than that if there was another person that knew what they were doing.

Ok since you asked to be corrected....The first fold of our flag is a symbol of life. The second fold is a symbol of our belief in eternal life. The third fold is made in honor and remembrance of the veteran departing our ranks, and who gave a portion of his or her life for the defense of our country to attain peace throughout the world. I searched for this video not because I’m egotistical but because I was folding a flag to give to my Grandmother so she could display it with my grandfathers service medals and Purple Hearts that he got from Vietnam, after he died. It’s just a sign of respect bro ....seriously.
@@williamhedrick7290 got it.. but what I originally meant was that this type of flag fold is used in other countries.. so my question was about what is it that makes it "american" at all? Since all I see on youtube are mostly results with the USA flag, which means that either only in USA someone actually took time to do this or that this type of fold was actually originated in north america hence influencing the rest of the world I suppose? Is good to be patriotic, especialy if the reason is someone close and not just political stands, I don't think being patriotic should be mixed with political themes, politicians doesn't deserve that much attention from people, after all they're only the face of the country, real heroes are among us
Zirilo Those are very reasonable points that I agree with, especially that last part. The video didn’t seem to be suggesting that this specific folding technique was unique to the US. I’ve found several other videos that use flags of other nations in their demonstrations.
Nobody said that this is the only flag that's folded this way. Simply these people took the time to make a video on how to, not for you to take it to points where it wasn't meant to go🤦♀️
