Guys I just had a kidney stone about a few weeks ago. Yeah it hurts. You can't sleep you can't barely stand. It hurts that bad. Then I had a friend who told me that to keep the kidney stone away.... Is actually really simple. The trick is, at least once a week you should drink a cup of lemon. Not lemonade though that helps too but the sugar may not.... But just a couple of lemons.... Squeezed lemon.... Will help dissolve anything in your kidneys. And natural cranberry juice is good to clean out your system as well.

My rule of thumb for street food. If you think about it, a small food cart serving locals, who's whole lively hood is serving the same people, isn't going to want to get their customers sick. You might get sick from not being used to the bacteria of the country, but that's almost unavoidable wherever you go. However, in the hotels and restaurants where they cater to tourist, they don't give a FUCK because if they get people sick or not, because they don't care about returning customers. Anthony Bourdain has a similar rule (learn from the professionals)
