Thank You! I agree, I think either of those two brands or even Mini GT would make a much better model but for Hotwheels I think it's pretty solid! It's good to see them branching out and doing more than just premiums and RLC's however the QC and materials gotta match that of competitors in the same price category and currently they're not there.
Nice overview of this one man and I will say this is the first one that has really caught my eye but still passed in it. Like you stated for the price point you can get a much better and well executed model (kaido house is a perfect example) that doesn’t has some of those quality control issues. I would be curious on how the did the came on it though 🤔 thanks for the overview man! 😎👍🏻👊🏻
Yeah for sure, I appreciate Hotwheels stepping outside of their box and trying something new, so I'll support innovation! But agreed, if a manufacturer like Tarmac, Inno, Mini GT etc. did this casting it would be way nicer for the same price or possibly less
Aw man, that Fairlady is sweeeet!! ❤ Love it. But first let's deal with the disappoinments: 1. No side mirrors 2. Largar than life Hot Wheels decals on a premium model, ah No 3. As I always note, IMO, overvalued, but who cares.... The good stuff on this model far outweighs the disappointments. Let's see, I would buy this over the recent Kaido releases of the Z. Why? Because the Elite model has the perfect form factor for a Z. The Kaido house models appear too wide(for a Wide body), the bonnet looks too stretched and the proportioanlty of the casting just seems off. Not so with the Elite Z, it looks perfecto for a 1/64 model size. Beautiful. This Elite model is a great grab Dee Mo, I absolutely love those freakin wheels...would just buy it to steal them off this model. Great review! Thanks for sharing.
I agree with the no side mirrors, my understanding is the type of mirror decides whether or not it will make it onto the car. When the castings go thru the tumbler the mirrors don't stay on they break off, so it's only cars with really tight mirrors or add on mirrors from plastic or rubber after the casting is made. I feel like for the price point and intention on the Elite64 series it should have them.
Nice Z! Bought it, and the chaser. Wish I'd have bought more custom 240Z blue when it was a selections. Z's are cool 👍🏻
Both great castings and must haves for any JDM lover! That blue sELECTIONs Z is FIRE! Love that car!
Great review, I got the Mustang and the 280 should be here Thursday
Sweet! Both are great castings no doubt, definite room for improvement but great products from Hotwheels!
Awesome review. I would love an Inno64 version of this casting, maybe even a Kaido house 👍✌

Thanks for the walk around on this one. I like the old Zeds
It's a nice casting for sure, I can be a little over critical at times but I'll always be 100% honest on my opinion of them!
@@DMD_1216 I posted some pics on the community board of an INNO64 Pandem R33 you should check it out I think it’s wicked
Great video and car....
Thank You!
