WILL THE HARMAR AL600 LIFT INSTALL INTO AN EV OR HYBRID SUV(3 ROW)
That unit needs a vehicle that does not have a false floor so if your spare tire is back in the back or you have fold down 3rd row seats, it will not work since the lift needs something to bolt down to the floor and a false floor doesn't give that. Hope this answers your questions.
Do you have a lift that will work in a Prius? It cramps your mobility when you can't afford the gas to go anywhere after you get your scooter loaded
I'm wanting to say no because you need at least a class II which after doing some research is the biggest you are able to get on the Prius. It has a tongue weight of 375. Depending on the lift, an AL-100 weighs 155lbs so that gives you 220lbs to for the weight of the unit before you reach max tongue weight. On Harmar's website, there is a vehicle compatibility calculator to see if there is a lift for your vehicle. I put in a Toyota Prius but didn't know the year so I chose 2019 and didn't see any Prius on the list. I'm going to attach the link to that calculator so you could put in the correct year. If you don't find anything on there, Id say take a look at the lift I'm attaching below and see if it would be something that would work for you and your needs. It would depend on if you have a false floor in the back of that vehicle or not. If you do there is no where to mount the lift. False floors are if you have a stow and go seating or if you have a spare tire under the floor of the back.
Question: is this only for storing the chair not for passenger to ride in the back on their chair?
The lifts are only for traveling with the chair/scooter. They are not designed for a passenger to ride on the chair/scooter while in motion on roads.

This will not fit into that vehicle. This is made for larger vehicles such as SUV's and minivans
