- Of the three dozen S.D.C. Zyklon Galaxi coasters that have been built, 13 are currently still operating. It might seem like there have been more than 36 parks that have had one of these because 13 have been relocated, including at least six of those currently operating.
Cliff's Amusement Park is located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

I’m Still Glad These Models Still Exist In
Theme Parks There Such Classics In
Small Theme Parks
I know these rides are trashed on a lot, but I actually like the violence and the feeling that you might fall out that these coasters give you 😅
This looks like an ideal first coaster for younger park goers.
Thanks for this upload. This was the very first coaster I ever rode as a kid. Guess I was about 9 back in the 70's. My then home park, Canobie Lake in Salem NH had it. I'm now in FL and wish there was one close by for a trip down memory lane ride. Was a fun ride for an upcoming rail junkie.
The views from this ride are incredible; such a pretty little park!
that park looks incredibly well maintained
Can’t tell if that’s a joke or not 😂
Hand brake! Wasn't expecting that. Looks like a great family coaster.
Spent some time growing up in ABQ, this was one of my first non-Disney coasters when I was younger.
Brings back memories of Canobie Lake Park, thank you!
This is bittersweet to watch. I can’t believe this coaster operates one car trains now. It used to have two cars per train. Brb just crying here.
This coaster is more fun than it looks on camera.
Best ride at the park. This is my home park, and let me say, I love this park, even if it’s not the best in terms of rides or keep up. As Ron Weasley said, “It’s not much, but it’s home.”
it is painfully long, but amazingly entertaining.
This used to be my favorite ride at Indiana Beach when I was younger. I’m pretty sure their Galaxy got replaced with Steel Hawg though
I remember as a kid Galaxi (or Galaxie as it was called) in Kings dominion was one of my first coasters, and I would ride it every time we'd go. This brings back memories. X)
I think this was my second coaster ever when I was a junior high student on a field trip in New Mexico (Big Thunder Mountain at Disneyland was the first.) At the time I'm pretty sure it was the only operating roller coaster in the state of New Mexico.
The staff wouldn’t let me take my GoPro on the ride 😢

Literally a modern iteration of the palace playland variant. RIP Galaxi 1972-2017
Myrtle Beach SC had one, also called The Galaxy.
Like a backyard coaster. 😉
0:30 this kind of sounded like music while it was climbing to the top
I like this kind of small coaster but I would like a more intense one... Anyone knows a better one like this??
I’d probably point you towards Gerstlauer EuroFighers, like Hydrus at Casino Pier.
Looks like a local carnival coaster with flimsy looking metal.
It's so quiet.
Nice vid but the ride is way too slow.
Lame !
