Method Race Wheels Trail Series wheels are packed with technology and features that make them perfect for your Jeep Wrangler or Jeep Gladiator, whether it's your daily driver, trail rig or overland explorer! Featuring Method's patent-pending Bead Grip Technology, the Trail Series wheels allow you to run lower tire pressures when off-road. Compared to a traditional bead lock style wheel, the Trail Series wheels are street legal, require no maintenance or time spent checking torque specs on bead lock ring bolts, and no extra labor to install your tires on to the wheels! The Method Trail Series includes 4 different wheel designs, the MR701, MR702, MR703 and the MR704. Each are available in different fitments and color options for many Jeep vehicles ranging from the current Jeep Wrangler JL & Jeep Gladiator JT to older Jeep Wrangler's and even classic Jeep CJ's!

I volunteer to product test these for the life of my Jeep 😂.
I just got the 704 15” wheels wrapped with general grabbers installed on my 21 crosstrek sport today. I love them.
These will look great on my mall crawler.
That MR704 in TItanium is on my wish list. Now to save for 5 of them.
Very detailed video, thank you. I have the 703 in black on the way.
AWESOME!
Bought a set of the Trail Series MR 703's, after seeing this video.
Very keen on the 703’s. Has anyone had any experience with the 5.78 backspacing (+25 offset) with these on a JL? Where I am I legally need to keep the tyres under the guards.
I need these
Which wheel is the lightest in weight considering all are the same size? thanks in advance
Do these fit 5th gen Ram 1500? Some sites say while others say no.
Buying the 703 for a 21 Gladiator. So there is no need to add a hub centric ring on a Gladiator?
Are the 704s going to be in glossy black? The matted black looks more grey than black
The MR701 17 x 8.5 width is safe for tire 265 /70 /R17 even spreading the tire because of the width?
QT. Are these available for XJ 5/114.3 ? Or Land-Range Rover in 5/120 mista ! V.
What’s the offset on those 701?
What are the lug torque specs ??
What are the specs on the featured orange gladiator in your video? They look like 37”s
tire shops will hate these wheels.
I wish they would be pcd 6x130
I agree with the simulated bead lock comment. That’s one trend I wish would go away.
bead locks are illegal, people running fake bead locks allow the people running real bead locks to get away with it because police can't tell if it's real or not
@@and7976 haha i do my role then. I have 16x8 mammoth wheels on a jku, they only had the fake beadlock in stock when i bought
What pressures is Method saying you can "safely" air down to with these? The promotional materials are comparing at 10 psi, is this as low as they recommend going?
10psi is pretty low, we wouldn't recommend going much lower than that. Most of us here at Quadratec usually only air down to around 15-18psi with a non-beadlock wheel.
@@Quadratec that's what I was thinking when I saw the slides. I air down to 13 and pay attention to elevation changes.
704 don't come in bronze?
Love you, just cannot afford it
17x8.5 or the 17x9 on the gladiator on 37’s? Hmm. Hard to tell how much poke. I like a little but not too much. I’m torn.
I wanted a 704 in bronze 😭
The link for the MR703 does not work.
Should be working now! Thanks for the heads up!
does this vibrate on highway ?
Any wheel should be balanced for highway use.
@@Quadratec thank you for the reply .. but as you know that you cant drive the beadlock wheels in highway ...they even mention that it's not for highway use and I know some people saying that its vibrate in highway even if its balanced .... so what about these bead grip wheels ?... can you drive it in highway ?... does it vibrate ?
@@EmiratiAuto these aren't beadlock wheels, so no concern regarding what you are talking about. Real beadlock wheels have up to 32 bolts around the wheel which is why they usually aren't DOT highway approved or can be difficult to balance.
Damn pricey though.
