I just speaking from experience and to me it's easy to shutdown Peni fr if you swap to either Strange, Groot, or Magento. I only use Peni to counter dive other then that her kit is lacking to me. Granted I might not be playing the character to her full ability. So any tips on to play her better will be welcomed!!

Peni easy A tier for me tbh the mines insta kill everyone thats not a tank 😭
I just found that out recently when I was playing Cloak and Dagger against a Peni. She might go up in my ranking because of that.
