    Oh my goodness, it’s so fantastic to get into a beautiful clean bed but there nothing worse than forgetting you didn’t make the bed when you go to get into it!! I thought you meant move house. I was waiting you to say you are moving to a tropical jungle! I’m glad you are still keeping the free you tube, I love the day in the life, cooking videos, I don’t really have time to watch long Q and A and get distracted if they are too long. . So many people I follow are suddenly moving to pay Chanel’s. where I appreciate you have to make money for all your effort many of us can’t afford to do too many Chanel’s if they start becoming payed. Love you guys. Your such an inspirational family.

    Some thing that is super handy for parents is Arnica cream/oil for bruises and comfrey ointment for healing bones. The amount of times my children (or even myself) would bump into things I was so glad to have these things on hand to help heal. I broke my little finger a few times and it healed quickly because I used arnica and comfrey. xo

    We're moving to Hawaii in November and live in the Lincoln area now! It took years of us talking about things, but we finally decided to go for it. We didn't want to look back when we are older and regret not taking the risk and giving it a shot.
    If you move to somewhere tropical and decide its not for you, you can always move back. :)

    Loved this video! Thanks for sharing! You guys could rent your home for 1 yr and try living somewhere tropical for 1 yr, then just move back home if it doesn’t work out or you miss home too much. Less pressure and commitment that way. Thats what we did for CO, but we ended up loving it and have been here for 3yrs now:)

    I was born severely pigeon-toed and when I was a toddler a specialist formed small orthodics for my shoes and (kept updating them) until my feet grew straight. Your son only has a slight inward turn so it should be a shorter time to straighten the feet than what I endured but I started at his age. Important to do it before bones set permanently. Make sure you go to the best specialist - do extensive research. Even after the foot straightening wedges come out, make sure the arch support stays there even after the feet grow straight to prevent flat feet being permanent. Unfortunately my dr. didn't keep the arch support in once the straightening wedges were out (he just took everything out of my shoe) and now I have straight feet but they are ruler flat so keep the arch support in afterwards. P.S. Get a really good specialist - ask Mayo Clinic if they have a recommendation list of specialists in your area.

    You’re so ... omg, I love you ❤️ i lived in Australia in Sub tropical Noosa, I was so happy. Like I have never been. I even had a interview for a radio channel sharing my experience of leaving everything (job, family, friends, house) .... Unfortunately destiny choose to hit me hard and since A few years I had to go back to Switzerland... but my heart is still there... near the ocean. I hope and pray everyday to get healthy again and just work hard to get back there in a Noosa, and swim in my ocean...

    Also, if you’re looking to move somewhere that’s warm all year and doesn’t have really any humidity, I’d recommend Arizona. I’m originally from NY and all of my family has slowly migrated to AZ, including myself and my husband 4.5 years ago. It’s the best decision we’ve ever made. There is a big plant based community in both Tucson and Phoenix (possibly in other cities, but I can only speak to those) and exercise is heavily promoted here as well. Lots of bicycles and joggers, an abundance of gyms and yoga studios, lots of parks, etc. Tons of great schools, and the cost of living is pretty good, too. And it’s very dog friendly here! If you have any questions, let me know!

    Move to Houston! We are classed as a tropical/subtropical climate and the trip wouldn't be too far from your family and friends. I am highly involved with an organic urban farm here and they are actually able to grow sizable crops of bananas and mangoes. There's definitely an abundance of fruits and veggies of all kinds available year round and the vegan food scene here has really exploded over the past couple of years.

    Amazing family! I love you all! we are tying for our first baby and I hope we all be vegan as well (I'am vegan for 3 years now). I have a question about your son's feet - does your doctor recommends something about how he should walk?

    • @EatMoveRest
      @EatMoveRest  4 роки тому +1

      We haven’t really talked to our doctor about it, but my brother and I were the same and our doctor said it’s better to let it course correct because you can do more damage by intervening!

    • @EatMoveRest

      Look at NutritionFacts.org for recommendations. We use Global Healing B12 daily, about 500mcg. You can also take a higher dose less frequently like 1x/wk

    The problem with eating so many tropical fruits is unless you live in Florida or the tropics, you’re eating food that is trucked land/or flown from many miles away. So not environmentally sound.
