@@Pixelogystudios Ok, I see your problem.
There is a button with “three dots” at the bottom of the toolbar. That is for customize Toolbar. Open that panel, you can find all the tools.
May be your "Slice tool" is in the right side "Extra Tools" section. Drag it to the left "Toolbar" section, and you can show your "Slice Tool" .
