This is by far the most dangerous and lethal version of Conor!
In 155 lbs Conor is more of a traditional MMA Fighter with basic moves
In 170 lbs Conor is a Boxer that relies on his hands
In 145 Conor uses a very unique and unorthodox style!

This comment is so on point I’ve been saying to anyone that will listen that he’s not the same at 155-170 completely different fighter. 155-170 he has no fluidity in his movement.

He didn’t throw one punch at cowboy till he got him down on the canvas and that was at one seventy so how can u say that at 170 pounds he’s a boxer who relies on his hands. He messed up cerrone with shoulders in the clinch and then a head kick and then threw hands when cowboy was down . All love bro just tryna point some stuff out ✌️🤝

Calisthenics trainings, traditional style martial movements, different varition of kicks, He used to had unique training sessions which helped him to move at lightning speed, I think the weights and muscles he gained to compete at 155 and 170 made him slower and forced to purely box

Here after DP sparked him. Man Conor changed. He just plods forward like a boxer and uses almost no kicks. He’s an entirely different fighter than his featherweight days. It’s unfortunate because he was something special. More touch butt needed, less boxing

he needs this weird-ass coach back, it seems that the body and head movement he had bf the Mayweather fight isn't there anymore. He isn't a sharp sniping counter-puncher anymore, but he just seems like hes trying to quickly KO someone with that left hand

Conor has the best footwork I've seen in a long time. Everyone talks about his wicked counters and timing ability, but none of that would be possible without his ability to use those long ass legs like they're his arms. He has excellent excellent control over his stance and it's scary to see how he uses his reach to get away with things other guys just can't. He's definitely a talented dude. But most certainly has a terrible attitude/ego problem that he needs to conquer. His anger gets the best of him far too often.

NBA Basketball referees often watch replays of games with the replay being played 50% faster than normal speed, so come game time everything appears much slower paced as to catch fouls and guard boundaries much more accurately.
When I go to the batting cages I begin very very slow, then go to the fastest pitching machine they have. After I swing and more than likely completely miss every swing, giving maximum focus and effort. I then go to the next pitching machine 1 speed slower and it feels like im being fed homers from my coach.

people are saying Conor is worse because he isn't fluid anymore, man that's a fallacy, ever since Connors took more of a boxing approach his punches have been more accurate and powerful, especially since he's moved up weight. He fell in love with the style and it's perfect for Conor because he's a striker. When Conor moves around more and incorporates more kicks he's losing more stamina, What Conor needs to do is widen his distance from his opponents and use kicks more effectively and wisely, and moving when he needs to. He also needs to improve on his ground game a bit more, and boom u have yourself the most dominant Conor you'll ever lay your eyes on.

Your talking about the eddie alvarez fight. That was the perfect conor. He wasnt throwing wild shit. He wasnt bouncing around like wonderboy. He had a slightly bladed stance and he was throwing kicks but only effective and well timed. Lots of teeps to the body, the odd front leg side kick. Just range finders. Kept his composure, no wasted movement or energy, and just sniper precision and elite power with the hands.
That was the best conor ever
