Badosa takes the first 6-1!
After a nervy start, that was pretty comfortable for Badosa on Louis Armstrong.
Each of her first three service games went to deuce, largely owing to her own errors, but she had too much power for Wang throughout.
Wang did get on the board with the first love-hold of the match, but it was too little, too late from the world No. 80. Badosa then closed out the first set very easily, racing into a 40-0 lead and taking her second set point.
Lots of work to do for Wang if she wants to force her way back into the match.
