I'm working with Tiltbob pinball and putting out an original comedy theme pin called Road Trip release Oct 2024. There's going to be elements of your top 10 pins in Road Trip Design. Bob Nies is the pinball designer, he won best homebrew pin 2022.
Jackbot is highly underrated, fantastic code. Bowen Kerrins does an awesome tutorial on this game. he says its one of the only games hes actually owned. And for a reason. way better than bride of pinbot and pinbot.
I love love love the handful of early SS pins that still used the chimes instead of the horrible, awful, terrible, butt, electronic sounds. Especially the first 4 Stern Solid States, Memory Lane is criminally overrated, and some of the early Bally pins like Night Rider and Eight Ball with discount Fonzy on it 😂
I am looking forward to the Stranger Things episodes. I agree with your take at Jackbot. I noticed that at the expo, I was playing Houdini, which i loved, but I notice there was a big difference in feel between the different Houdini machines in terms of feel. I never really notice this before, but I am not a very good player at all. Is this common in your experience in of playing different pinball machines of the same pinball game?

Houdini is an odd game to call because I find the shots very tight. Too tight for my level of play actually.
