It's nice seeing people take care of themselves! Keep staying consistent with your self-care routine! Especially the morning vision and time blocking. The time blocking is something I have to stay consistent with as well. Lol!
Regarding running tips, try some different styles of training, like interval training or hill repeats, as well as throwing a longer run in every once in a while. Intervals and hills will help with your pace so when you have a more flat say 3 mile run, it’ll feel easier. Same goes for distance, If you normally do 3, try a 5 mile run once and then next time you do 3, it’ll feel so much easier. Just a few tips from my days of running cross-country in high school lol

I work an office job where i’m on my computer all day and invested in an ergonomic mouse and keypad… it took some time to get used to using it but it is amazing! I was having wrist and hand pain with my standard keypad and mouse and i hardly feel the pain anymore since fully switching about 5 months ago. Use it and save ur hands and wrists!!
I’m so glad that’s helping you!! At my 9-5 office job I also use a mouse and keypad. For some reason when it comes to editing for UA-cam, I find it easier to use the touch pad on my laptop.. maybe I just need to find a better mouse or maybe it will just take awhile to adjust idk😅
For cooking chicken I use my instant pot since I can just dump it in cook it and then cube, shred or whatever afterwards. And it easier clean up then baking it

I also feel like we are so similar on our goals and mindsets to achieving those goals and also Tillamook Mudslide is my absolute favorite ice cream flavor as well! It is super important to be consistent with running or progress can fall off fast. It’s kinda frustrating 😂 it does get easier though as you get more used to it. Dynamic warm ups help too to get your heart rate up slightly before running. Sometimes the first ten mins of a run are harder for me cause I don’t even feel fully warmed up for the first mile.

Try running slower at an easy pace even if you have to walk. You’ll build your aerobic base and it will get easier and you will be able to pick up the pace if you want.
That’s really good advice actually, idk why I didn’t think about that! I honestly feel like I’m running so slow already (currently like a 10.5 minute pace😅) but even that feels like I’m pushing myself. I’ll try to just let myself run at the pace I feel like and see how that goes. Once again, thank you!!
Highly recommend cutting raw chicken on non porous cutting boards like a butchers plastic type board. Instead of wood. But yes if I think about chicken too much it grosses me out for sure.

@@rebekahjoy you’re definitely right about low quality plastics, but there are ones without chemicals of concern out there. Try to look for PFAS free/BPA free, etc. Wood is probably fine for almost everything else but for best kitchen sanitary practices, raw meats on porous surfaces are avoided because it increases the risk of cross contamination of the nasties that raw meat can have like salmonella since the porous material can better soak up bacteria. Also they can get moldy but if you treat them often w mineral oil that can be avoided.
