Having watched numerous videos regarding how to 'skip like a boxer', your's is by far the most pleasurable to watch, informative and simplistic. You explain everything simply and in a way where us novices now want to go a try to skip. Thanks for keeping it simple K.I.S.S.
Love the channel! Great vid for beginners. I've been jumping rope for a little over a year. Your way looks easier to learn than the way I did, timing my jump while spinning the rope in one hand. I noticed when doing this way. I would jump low (3" at first) or less when practicing, but when I held the rope in both hands I would go back to jumping about 6" or more because I was so focused on jumping over the rope instead of concentrating on my wrists. Plus, I didn't know at the time that my rope was too long! No wonder my back and knees were killing me. Your way looks much simpler.

Do you incorporate jump rope in your workouts?
@@FightCamp I weight train so I really do jump rope a different time. Will it kill my gains if I jump rope after a weight training session?
Great lesson! Home workout

You should have mention about rope length first before anything.
