The mod was created by using sprites from other people like the sonic sprite is by hortinus and the tails sprite is inspired by a fangame called sonic studio. Almost all the zones are from other people too.

I don't think I'm really feeling this mod. The sprites are good, but I'm not much of a fan of the soundtracks because some are the same, and others are different but don't fit well with the theme. I understand if the update was meant for general fixes, but the zones could've at least been redesigned or changed. Hopefully, the next update can rework a couple of things if doing so will be possible. Great upload man
It's a remix of Stardust Speedway: Present from the Japanese version of Sonic CD, but I have a feeling you already knew that and were asking which remix it is exactly... I'm not sure, but I'll let you know if I find out!
