- Hello everyone,
Welcome back to my channel, MiniatureWargamingNZ, and this, another video for A Fistful of TOWS 3. It’s been a long time since I last posted a video - apologies for those subscribers who were keen to see more, sooner! COVID-19 and the rest of life kept me distracted.
This video gives you an example of how to work through the anti-vehicle fire rule mechanics in the war game - with a focus on Overwatch, Shoot and Scoot, and includes direct tank fire, 1st and 2nd Generation ATGM (ATGW). This covers an engagement between a NATO (BAOR) tank squadron (equivalent to a company) and a GSFG (Soviet) tank battalion.
Set in 1985 (although I note, arguably, it's 1984), we've got some British (UK) Chieftain and Swingfire against some T-80B (the video notes T-80BV, but they’re actually rated as T-80B, 1984).
Fistful of TOWS 3 (Fist Full of TOWS 3) is a set of miniature wargaming rules by Ty Beard and Paul Minson for modern mechanised warfare from 1915 to 2015.

What you see includes 3mm (1/600th) scale miniatures from Oddzial Miniatures (I got them through www.picoarmor.com - unpaid for plug) and my own micro-scale model terrain (approx. 1/2,000th scale). I used OpenShot to create the content.
