Personally, I would like to do your tour the next time I go to Japan. But only if you are my guide, not someone else. This is because I feel like I already know you a little from your videos and I'm sure the tour would be fun. But I wouldnt buy a tour from some guide I dont know anything about. In particular, if JapanExplorer is going to be a guide I would suggest he reveal some more info about himself, including what he looks like. In most of his videos I've seen, there is no conversation at all, his or anyone else's.
In order to raise Mini Mileys, I will continue to release videos of Mini Miley training. Then everyone will become familiar with them! Of course, I will also guide you. I look forward to meeting you someday.

Wow, that’s a *BIG* announcement, congratulations! 🎉
I guess the virtual tours JE will create will be with a paid subscription model? The two of you have enough hard-core fans that even if only a small percentage sign up it should be profitable. - And I think there’ll be a growing market for walking tours with kawaii guides; you’ve prototyped it and shown that it can work, plus already have your notes from a number of different tours so all you need are some kawaii girls who can speak English.
This is _really smart,_ Miley - you’ve taken the model of the idol industry and expanded it in a whole new direction. I think there’s a big market for the service, it’s just a matter of marketing and getting the word out. Your two YT channels are a great start, I wonder what collabs you might be able to do with other big channels?
(I wonder if you could get Paolo from Tokyo to do “A day in the life of a former idol”? Show a day like a Friday when you have a tour and then the bar at night, so there’d be a lot going on. Show editing photos on your phone, planning and shooting the next video, sharing the pics and videos from your tours with the people who took them, etc. Maybe even mix in a practice session with the other idol you performed with at the start of your Osaka tour too (?) If you could get him to for it, he has 3.2 million followers, so it could be a big boost.)

I’ve been learning Japanese fort a year now, but I’m still not very far along 🫤
