Not as good as iitb, iitd, and iitm but comparable to iitk, iitkgp, and iitr and better than all the rest iit's and all the unit's and iiit's except iiithyderabad. And better than every other engineering colleges in India right now.
Bits ranks 5th including IIT's and there are many students with jee rank below 4k and even below 1000. Please don't comment anything you stupid ass , do some research first.
