This movie came out too early. The Superhero hype wasn't as big. If it came out now and went for the R rating I think it'd have been successful enough to get a sequel
uh. superhero hype has been huge since 1975 with Superman. Batman 1989 and Batman Returns 1991 and Batman Forever 1995 and Batman & Robin 1997 were HUGE. Spider-Man 2002 was HUGE. X-Men 2000 WAS HUGE and X2 2002 even bigger. Spider-Man 2 2004 was HUGE.

I swear when I tell you EVERBODY in theaters were Cracking up when he played Gangsta Paradise it was SUPER random and outta noware which made all the more funny plus me and my 3 homies ate some special brownies before watching this movie man we could not stop laughing honestly such a classic movie!
It's Jay Chou's trademark stamp that he puts in so many of his songs lol. So he did the "woo" here as sort of an Easter Egg for his fans. The first time he ever did the "woo" was in his first album, in a song called "lovable woman"(ke ai nu ren). And he just kept doing it after that. I'd say there's at least 1 song in every album where he does the woo.
