It was THE VERY BEST ride to work in my entire life except for the ride years later on a bus in Los Angeles where I met my wife. Sadly, after 36 years our marriage ended, but I still have the music. Dave Grusin and Lee Ritenour...this track mountain dance is more than music art.. 43 years since I first heard it at our local radio station....it still feels like it just dropped....each time I want to get high, I get high on mountain dance....pure class... U can't have this type of ingenious work twice. Advertisers delight in jingles. If royalties were to be collected accordingly, this track would have topped the chart from revenues from advert jingles
I grew up in the early 80's in Benin City, Nigeria listening to this song on the radio in the mornings while my parents prepared me and my siblings for school. Such a composition masterpiece till this very day!
