Do the warriors always have that much HP during the campaign?

Every instance except on Rumble Mode difficulty, & for the player. the player only gets a specific percentage on the 4 difficulties. 95% (1710HP) on Sucker, 75% (1350HP) on Bopper & 45% (810HP) on Hardcore Soldier & Unleash The Fury
