None of the 2. If you are going to use it for writing,get a Pentel Kerry. If for drawing,get a Pentel Graphgear 500 in 0 5mm lead thickness and get a 0.5mm 2B Ain Stein leads and you're set!!

​​@@greekveteran2715 Sir, you are not wrong, but I have done my research. Refer to the Pentel Japan catalog 2021 page 50. It s not just the colour change.
As per the catalog (2021) they are different models.
GRAPH 1000 FOR PRO has Model Number: PG1003, PG1004 etc. (for 0.3 mm, 0.4mm upto 0.9mm) 5 sizes.
GRAPH 1000 CS has Model Number: PG1003CS and PG1005CS (only 0.3 and 0.5 mm).
I agree they are very similar and essentially the engine is same, but they are two different models. Grip also has different finish.
First one is meant for drafting engineers, second one is meant for artists.

It is made in Japan, but even if Pentel made it in China it would be just as good. This is my opinion.
