    How do you feel about using cannabis as an induction agent for general anaesthetia?

    sir why is amiodarone only given after 3rd shock, not before that..???

      Probably because we are busy with more important steps before that.

      I presume it's because amiodarone blocks K and Ca channels and ß-receptors and may also become proarrhythmic as such. It's a wonderdrug, but very dangerous as well.

    sir i have a question.
    like there is a chronic kidney disease patient, patient is intubated, with Nil urine output with lactate of 13.2 in ABG. how do we treat that person if he/she had a cardiac arrest.
