The tiger was probably in play mode, if the tiger legit wanted to kill him he'd do it instantly and much faster. I mean its a tiger, come on!
The tiger is in someone's backyard, there's a good chance it'll eventually kill him or someone else or die an unnecessary death itself because these selfish brain dead idiots think they're pets.
