ETERNITY'S END'S CHRISTIAN MUENZER and JUSTIN HOMBACH take you through the guitar parts to their latest single, ARCTURUS PRIME. Taken from the album, EMBERS OF WAR.
Embers of War, the new album from Christian Muenzner’s band, Eternity’s End, is filled to the rim with flashy craziness, Racer X/Cacophony inspired dual guitar shredding, high speed drumming from Hannes Grossmann, soaring vocals and epic, catchy choruses. With a guest appearance by Piet Sielck (Iron Savior).

Some of the best shredding I've seen in a long time. But the cool thing is that the song writing is still top notch and doesn't suffer or take a back seat. The whole thing is beautifully composed and takes me back to when Gilbert, Friedman, Macalpine, and Vinnie Moore were kings of the guitar shredding scene. I can't wait for the full album.

@@justin.hombach I keep watching this and listening over and over. It's too damn good. I especially like the little gallop tempo change in the middle and repeated at the end, and you 2 definitely have different styles that complement one another. You know there are probably more great players out there now than when guitar gods peaked in the late 80s. You've definitely joined the club. I think it is cool your sense humor comes through while being filmed. Whatever that blistering piece you both play at the end of the solo section is just ridiculous. I didn't think anyone could pick that fast and still clean like Gilbert. As great as the 80s shredders are, never forget the feel and soul of players like Schenker, Gary Moore, Blackmore, and Uli Jon Roth. This is just plain ridiculous....... you would think it was just one guitarist with a harmonizer if you didn't see it with your own eyes and to both be playing those parts with perfection, these guys have to be two of the best duo guitarists of all time

I found this song because I asked ChatGPT to make up a character in the universe of Harry Potter who was far more powerful and ancient than Dumbledore. It named the character Arcturus Prime.

he has a desease called focal dystonia where he cant control his middle finger properly. the glove reduces the feel of touching the string, it deceives the brain lowering the problem with the middle finger

Its insane how such an amazing band is so unknown! Amazing work from everyone, and a special kudos to Justin for filling in the big shoes of Phil Tougas, you fit in perfectly man! Everyone in the band outdid themselves in this single, fucking insane riffs, solos, drums, vocals, everything. I am gonna miss the crazy synths from the previous album but goddamn am I hyped for the release of the new one.

Kompliment #Justin Hombach. Klingt sehr vertraut - sprich gut für mich, da ich mit Helloween und Running Wild aufgewachsen bin. Natürlich auch an Christian und den Rest der Band. Hatte mir das etwas nervöser vorgestellt, und bin jetzt echt positiv überrascht. Man sieht auch, das ihr echt Spaß habt. Bin gespannt, was sonst noch auf das Album kommt. Viel Erfolg damit.

He seems like an simple uncle skillful of guitar, comparing to the man like a professor, Muenzner.
But so amazing, his performance totally kicks my ass, especially thanks to the face full of fun that he shows throughout the video!
