An immovable property located in Karnataka , but supplier of service is located in Thamilunadu, the supplier raised invoice raised IGST, but Section 8(3) read with 12(3) of IGST act 2017, the supply of service an immovable property located in Karnataka, therefore this supply of service is intra state supply, then the supplier shall take registration in Karnataka is mandatory.

Sir one party is providing crane service in haryana and supplier is registered in haryana but recipient of service is registered in Haryana then there is sec 12(2) applicable or igst will be charged or sgst and cgst
