This kind of music really makes me feel amazing. Like with other music I can't exactly move to much when listening. But with this I'm able to move as I want. KoRn's music is really amazing and I hope I can let my kids hear this when they are older.
Im 11 and a great metal fan,i wanted to listen to Korn songs because im discovering new bands and my dad told me about them, they are one of my favourites band at the moment!
Lol I'm 12 currently I found korn and other bands when 11and I still am I've already gone to a korn concert already I love them I've always loved rock and I've always showed interest when I was little and I found them again so your not alone with being a young fan
I hope all members of korn know that their work of art kept me going through highschool a long while back and really know that their work is meaningful
LMFAO I remember the first time I ever even herd of the name Korn. My older cousin-" hey you guys like Korn?" 11 year old me- "yea I like corn pretty good." Looool later realized we were talking about completely different things. Almost 20 years later still listening to korn
Just got out of prison and to be real, the world moving so fast all the panic that ensued from it, I did my fucking time; I ain’t no chomo or no snitch and I’m back out in society to better it. This song is it
“Korn’s *Did My Time* is an absolute powerhouse of a track that showcases everything that makes the band iconic. From the very first riff, it hooks you with a dark, brooding energy that builds into an explosion of raw emotion. Jonathan Davis’s vocals are nothing short of haunting, shifting from tortured whispers to an intense, primal scream that hits you right in the core. His delivery makes you feel every ounce of frustration, pain, and angst woven into the lyrics, as he dives into themes of internal conflict and personal struggles that are all too relatable. The instrumentation on *Did My Time* is flawless-gritty, heavy, and layered with that unmistakable Korn sound. The guitars are downtuned and crushing, the bass pulses with an almost sinister groove, and the drums carry a relentless beat that drives the song forward. There’s a tension to the music that makes the whole track feel like a cathartic release, perfectly capturing Korn’s knack for combining vulnerability with aggression. This song is one of those Korn classics that doesn’t just stand out musically but also emotionally. It pulls you into a world where you can feel the weight of every word and note, making *Did My Time* a powerful, unforgettable experience. It’s a testament to Korn’s ability to turn their struggles into something raw and beautiful, a true anthem for anyone who’s ever felt weighed down by life. Simply put, *Did My Time* is Korn at their best-intense, honest, and absolutely unforgettable."
2023 and this song still goes bloody hard! Everything about it goes hard - that legendary riff, the aggresive vox, the chunky bass and the insane drumming 🤘🏽
Saw Korn at the Download festival in 2004 and was so blown away that I bought tickets to another show of theirs a few weeks later. Amazing live band, so much raw power and emotion.
Sometimes I can never tell If I've got something after me That's why I just beg and plead For this curse to leave me It's him and his personal flaws that are the thing/curse that's after him and he will never escape himself. I get it I'm a big brain deep thinker.
Korn is why i started singing. Criticull is my old band... Now im a Christian but I still have a primal urge to be on stage. Jonathan Davis is an inspiration to me.
I discovered Korn when I was 14 (~2008) and I immediately fell in love. The words I failed to be able to come up with on my own and the raw emotions I needed to be able to express seemed to already be written for me. Thank you
I can relate to this particular song (among all the other Korn songs). Each time i feel i'm off-track in my life & for every wrong decisions made in the past....I am still struggling in life, mental issues, maybe .... suicidal thoughts, relatively often.....this will always be my therapy song.
Crazy that Angeline Jolie did this Music Video with them, This song will never ever get old! How true all the lyrics are!! Korn4Life!!!!

Took me back 2008 in a heartbeat... KoRn has a legendary sound, for a song to invoke the same emotions 13 years later... Immediately searched 'Freak on a leash' after hearing this...ultimate favourites
same with Korn - Here to Stay
I'm 41 and this is still my Bleep!!
Fiquei pensando, como pude esquecer que eu amava Korn quando era adolescente.. as letras, a melodia o vocal... ❤️
A voz dele é inconfundível. Tem mt personalidade. Ele e demais no vocal. Gosto do fato de ser "doce" e agressiva ao mesmo tempo.
Thats why i will never tame this thing thats burning in me!!!
Korn to me is something brings all my anger and sadness out of me, I’ve been listening to them for as long as I can remember and I’ll keep listening 🤟
My life is a big mess now and this song explained to me that I am the master of my own life, I am the one who chose my path for better or worse.
Realized I can never win
Sometimes I feel like I have failed
Inside where do I begin
My mind is laughing at me
Tell me why am I to blame
Aren't we suppose to be the same
That's why I will never tame
This thing that's burning in me
I am the one who chose my path
I am the one who couldn't last
I feel the life pulled from me
I feel the anger changing me
Sometimes I can never tell
If I've got something after me
That's why I just beg and plead
For this curse to leave me
Tell me why am I to blame
Aren't we suppose to be the same
That's why I will never tame
This thing that's burning in me
I am the one who chose my path
I am the one who couldn't last
I feel the life pulled from me
I feel the anger changing me
Betrayed
I feel so enslaved
I really Tried
I did my time
I did my time
I did my time
I did my time
I did my time
I am the one who chose my path
I am the one who couldn't last
I feel the life pulled from me
I feel the anger changing me
Oh God, the anger's changing me [x2]
Dimitr
I really tried
La mejor letra

This kind of music really makes me feel amazing. Like with other music I can't exactly move to much when listening. But with this I'm able to move as I want.

I started listening to Korn when I was 11 (2001) I’m 32 now. Welcome to the other side kid!
This song carried me through two deployments in Iraq (05-09) and will be in my funeral.
Let’s hope that’s not for a long time, bro...
I feel you
This song takes all pain away ...no drugs required
Angelina and JD screaming the lyrics at each other...classic.
Yes
I hope all members of korn know that their work of art kept me going through highschool a long while back and really know that their work is meaningful
LMFAO I remember the first time I ever even herd of the name Korn. My older cousin-" hey you guys like Korn?" 11 year old me- "yea I like corn pretty good." Looool later realized we were talking about completely different things. Almost 20 years later still listening to korn
This song still holds a place as one of my favorite Korn songs. Those drums and bass are killer. My bassist heart ❤️
Just got out of prison and to be real, the world moving so fast all the panic that ensued from it, I did my fucking time; I ain’t no chomo or no snitch and I’m back out in society to better it. This song is it

@@PookyMoreno1983 hey thank you very much
“Korn’s *Did My Time* is an absolute powerhouse of a track that showcases everything that makes the band iconic.
Don't forget smokin hot Jolie
Nailed it
Korn will always be my favorite... Songs are so real
Привет из РОССИИ
@JonathanDavis- Thank you
Korn still moves my soul in a way no one else can
Such an outstanding band… how can you not love them !?!
This song and coming undone are like never gonna die
Don't forget Shoots and Ladders, Blind, A.D.D.I.D.A.S, Freak on a leash, F.A.F.M, and all old school Korn!
And here to stay this is favorite song :) for me ;)
Amen
and falling away from me
+Milk Man
True, but who was worshiping idols?
Saw Korn at the Download festival in 2004 and was so blown away that I bought tickets to another show of theirs a few weeks later. Amazing live band, so much raw power and emotion.
Love the tempo changes in this song, especially the black Sabbath sounding bridge section. One of the bands best songs.
Sometimes I can never tell
If I've got something after me
That's why I just beg and plead
For this curse to leave me
It's him and his personal flaws that are the thing/curse that's after him and he will never escape himself. I get it I'm a big brain deep thinker.
3:15 is why I can't get enough of this song
Ryan Moen wow...great riffs there
Ryan Moen Hahaa. I sang that the other day. Just how Jonathan does. My wife gave me a worrying look and said “ you sounded possessed then”. 😂😂😂😂
Что???
Korn is why i started singing. Criticull is my old band... Now im a Christian but I still have a primal urge to be on stage. Jonathan Davis is an inspiration to me.
👏
You should do Christian Music then. POD did and Flyleaf.
Rob C Check out Impending Doom, thank me later
God gives rock and roll to you
Jason Voorhees carry on.. CARRY ON... \m/
We don't look for old songs, we look for the memories they carry. KoЯn for life.
