The Issue With COPYFILE FAILED WITH 32 and (Maybe) how to fix it

I was given a request for the dbd error, "CopyFile failed with 32." I tried my best to do research and only four websites came up. Zero videos were found and many could not get their game to work. I have taken some advice from online and some of my own techniques.
I'm not "techsavy" but I do know some possible solutions

1) Verify Files = 1:43 - 3:06
2) Delete EAC = 3:18 - 4:21
3) Install Visual Studio C++ = 4:41 - 5:32
4) Disable YourPhone.exe = 5:43 - 6:04
5) Disable Background Apps = 6:15 - 6:36
6) Disable Windows defender Firewall = 6:37 - 7:16
