This video series covers the best practices for flow cytometry panel design. In this fourth step, we will apply what we’ve learned so far and design a 19-color NK-cell panel. First we will gather information on our markers of interest, then we will evaluate and assign fluorochromes, and finally we will examine any potential for spread in the panel.
