NOP Summer Coaching - Instructions You Must Follow!

Welcome to Registration Day | NOP Summer Coaching Session at LUMS
We're thrilled to have you join us. Here's a quick guide to ensure your check-in process is smooth and easy.
What to Bring:
A roll-on suitcase with clothes and toiletries for 15 days
LUMS N-O-P Summer Coaching Invitation Letter
Payment Receipt
Completed Worksheets
Covid Certificate
Photo ID card
Prescription Glasses and Medication (with doctor’s prescription)
Travel Arrangements:
Participants are responsible for their travel to and from LUMS. Make sure to instruct your cab or taxi driver to drop you off at the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in DHA Cantt. Use Google Maps for clear navigation.
Check-In Process:
Inn GATE Entrance Desk:
Our team will check your temperature and vitals.
Ensure you have no contagious diseases.
Have your Offer Letter and Photo ID ready.
Reserved Seating Area:
Security guards and NOP volunteers will guide you.
Volunteers will check your Offer Letter and payment receipt.
Assistance is available to direct you to your Hostels or the Help Desk.
Hostel Check-Ins:
LUMS personnel will supervise the process.
Receive your smart card, name tag, and room keys.
Volunteers will guide you to your rooms.
Entry is restricted to participants only; no guests are allowed.
After Check-In:
Lunch at Pepsi Dining Centre (PDC):
Volunteers will guide you for lunch.
NOP staff will supervise to ensure you have everything you need.
Orientation:
Volunteers will take you to the auditorium.
Guidance on the Summer Coaching Session and timetable will be provided.
Tips for a Comfortable Stay:
Keep a water bottle with you and stay hydrated.
Maintain hygiene by showering daily and using hand sanitizers.
Wear face masks inside LUMS premises.
Regularly wash and collect your clothes from designated points.
Turn off fans and lights when not in use.
Guard your personal belongings.
Participate fully in all activities.
Drink water or fresh juices, avoid fizzy drinks, and don’t overeat or eat leftover food.
Keep the campus clean, and don’t lose your name tags, access cards, or study materials.
Be punctual to avoid disqualification.
