i love how raw you are, admitting your own flaws and places where you need to work on your technique. it makes it seem more welcoming for someone else who has never tried this trick.
If I've never done any flips or cartwheels where do you recommend starting? Maybe a tricky question but are there any you think are the most simple? Love your tutorials, working on a few things from your vids! Thanks!
Cartwheels are probably the easiest, then I think inverts because you can build up from hand plants. Then monkey flip and then Miller flip. But that's just my personal preference.
Yes. I’m wearing the Bont Pro knee pads (best I’ve used) and the elbow pads. I also used the wrist guards but I modified them into palm sliders. If you are looking to buy you can use my code SHORTY at checkout to get 10% off
не подскажите какую защиту, на ваш взгляд, оптимальней использовать в рампе, чтобы не пробивалась от удара, к примеру при падении, при разучмвании подобного трюка?
Hi, I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, google translate isn't doing a good job. When learning new tricks or flips I like to wear all my protective gear. I wear Bont pads and Thousand helmets

Thank you! Yeah this trick doesn’t come naturally as I’ve been doing Miller flips for so long my body defaults to that 😅

Thank you shorty! I want to try this. I hope I could do it. You explained it great
Glad it was helpful!
Very nice! In parkour, there is a very similar trick called a "Wall Spin".
Oh I like that name better. It's more descriptive of the trick. And there's almost a 50/50 split on the names Monkey vs Banana flip.
This is fire 🔥
Thank you!
Go shorty

You are so welcome!
I’m learning this and so far I struggle with landing because I tilt to the right (I go the same way as you do)
So you are over rotating?
Hi Shorty! Are you wearing bont knee and elbow pads?
