That food dish looks like pani-puri is actually called "Fuchka", more sounds like Fooch-kuh, little hollow things that made with freshly made hot chickpeas, potatoes, onions, broiled egg and different spices. You can taste both spicy and sour at the same time. Panipuri is made with Cold chickpeas, however Bangladeshi fuchka made with freshly made Hot chickpeas. Enjoy your stay. There is another place now which is famous for street food, not very far from here. It is in PARIBAG area, ask any locals and they will show you. Go there in the evening and enjoy their foods. In India and Pakistan it's called Panipuri, Gol Gappa, Batasha, fulki, fulka, Ghup chup etc. depending on the region.

Damn man, so this is the infamous video where you got bad food poisoning. That really sucks. I've gotten food poisoning on my travels before and it really sucked. It took awhile to recover. Other than that, it looked like you and Brad had a good time. Be really careful what you eat on the streets and make sure it's cooked well.
