Raj bhai, do bring more changemakers. Questions you can ask:
    1. What role we all can play in sustainability?
    2. What are the soft and hard skills employees require in the manufacturing sector?
    3. What is the role of NGOs in a nation's development?

The major problem in plus one theory is that ' Our youth is ready to give government exam for long years but is not ready to work in factories and industries. There is also a fact that the government needs to bring regulations in wage rates so that it influence youth to work. Moreover as govt. and investors had provided investments for service sector, it is high time now they should invest in manufacturing sector, we need to develop long term vision which is actually very long. '
Manufactured ot physical goods are use by each and every body in this world but in case of services it is not true.

India should prioritize administrative reforms over economic reforms. The country is still governed by the same bureaucracy established by the British to exploit India and reduce it to a poor state from its fabled Golden Bird. There is also a need to reform democracy to introduce meritocracy into the political system.
