That's is when you receive power to be a witness. If you are not sure then you are not baptized with the Holy Spirit yet. Pray and ask God to baptize you with he Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus, and have the desire and need to be baptized, then step in faith and speak as the Holy Spirit gives you utterance.
Few weeks ago was crying out to God to fill me with His Spirit. I was kinda wondering why my sister's and brother's in Christ were speaking in tongues and I wasn't. In my room I poured out my heart and cried out to Him, to be filled with His Spirit, few minutes past and I started to speak in tongues. Off The Kirb Ministries I am a little confused here. He says that you can be born again and not have the spirit? When we are saved and born again then are we filled and baptised in the holy spirit? I do not speak in tongues so im not filled with the spirit?

I prayed to God everyday as a youth into my 20s, for the God of Abraham, Issac. Jacob. The one that speaks to them and others of the Bible. My childhood church was under the law and taught openly that speaking in tongues was of the devil. When I received the 2nd baptism of the Holy Spirit it was fluent and so heavy, that when I spoke English I had an accent. And I began to prophecy personal prophecy. I was praying for anointing of Holy Spirit and gift of tongues for many years. And was given a promise, that I will get in a particular day. But I was praying and praying on that day, I couldn't speak in tongues. All of a sudden, I was shown this video by the Lord. I listened and was praying along with the man of God. Jesus Christ is All Powerful. I have been ill for two weeks now and after taking all the medication necessary I was still I'll until this morning when I came across this message. I have actually received the Holy Spirit but somehow I couldn't call on him to come heal me. This morning while I was still shivering with fever I managed to listen to this message and allowed the Holy spirit to do His work in me and here I am stronger than ever before. if you haven't received the HOLY GHOST with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues - then you haven't got the HOLY GHOST. the gift of tongues is something different. JESUS' plan of salvation starts with ACTS 2:38 - repentance, baptism in JESUS name, receiving the HOLY GHOST with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues - without JESUS' salvation you cannot see the kingdom of heaven. search the scriptures. i pray this helps.

When I received him man it's still funny today I actually thought my house was on fire because my living room filled with white smoke and a huge hot wind hit me so I came out of my worship to just make sure cuz iv never seen anything like it 😂 and I actually felt in my spirit Angel's laughing at me saying dont worry it happens alot 😂 it happened when my husband went out and I was alone and it was silent except for my praise and he hit me with it lol

Jesus Christ is All Powerful. I have been ill for two weeks now and after taking all the medication necessary I was still I'll until this morning when I came across this message. I have actually received the Holy Spirit but somehow I couldn't call on him to come heal me. This morning while I was still shivering with fever I managed to listen to this message and allowed the Holy spirit to do His work in me and here I am stronger than ever before. if you haven't received the HOLY GHOST with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues - then you haven't got the HOLY GHOST. the gift of tongues is something different. JESUS' plan of salvation starts with ACTS 2:38 - repentance, baptism in JESUS name, receiving the HOLY GHOST with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues - without JESUS' salvation you cannot see the kingdom of heaven. search the scriptures. i pray this helps.
