I had a fall while doing a backflip on trampoline in 2018. D12 compressed tha. 2 saal baad anxiety aur panic attacks shuru hue. Medications se band hue magar abhi 3 months pehle stress ke karan headache shuru hua aur depressed rehta tha pure din. Firse medications shuru ki. Could it be because of the fall? Back pain to almost gayab hai. 3 saal regular gym bhi jata hu.

Hello Sir, mujhe chalneme dikkat aati hai. Means dono pairome pakkad kamjor lagati hai. Means gait got affected. Chalte samay Dono pair bilkul sidhe / tight rakhne padte hai. Chalte samay imbalance feel hota hai. Kabhi jerk bhi aata hai. Jyada samay khade Nahi rah pate. Pairome continue dard Nahi hai lekin sunnpan Lagta hai. Jyada Der baithnese kamar dard hoti hai. Aur khursi se uthane ke baad thoda sidha hone ke baad chalna padta hai. Mera dinbhar sitting job hai. Aur traveling bhi karta tha. Mujhe cervical spondylosis Ka problem tha. C5-6-7 me compression tha. Uske vajahase right hand aur done pairo ki pakkad bahut Kam ho Gayi thi Isliye SOS situation me Mar' 2018 me surgery Karna pada. Hathome/ungliyome 6 mahine baad 80-90% pakkad agaya. Lekin abhi 3 Saal bad bhi legs me improvement Nahi hai. My worry is whether this problem is due to cervical compression or lumber? Hence please advise & how to overcome this. Thanks
