  • Sometimes, many times, all you need is something to get you started. This is true about life and it’s true about languages. I can think of many moments where I knew what I wanted to say but starting the sentence, breaking the silence and creating the idea felt unfamilar and awkward. The good news is that the ways in which most ideas start aren’t infinite. It is possible to categorize how most natives start most sentences. That’s what this video is all about. I’ll give you the cues to get you started with confidence, so you can take it from there. =)=)=)

MAURITA! Gracias por otro gran video! Very practical. I need to begin to use these variety of filler words in place of my usual" uhhhh" to accompany the blank stare on my face as I try to process what someone just said.
    Nos vemos pronto. Cuídate.

hahaha, filler words are certainly very helpful, especially in awkward moments. ¡Gracias a ti por acompañarme una vez más! Tú también, stay safe =)=)=)

    Alberto desde Moscu
¡Hola Maurita! Para empezar, gracias a ti en fin ahora se muy bien por donde comenzar todas oraciones. Por desgracia, todavia no tengo ni idea por donde terminarlas, teniendo en cuenta que en Moscu han empezado los frios. Ese clima va a acabar conmigo antes de que pueda empezar por el principio. Te lo escribo con mil amores.😅❤❤

Great videos! Para mejorarlas, puedes pensar en editar más espacios entre las "personas" en tus conversaciones. Por lo demás, sus instrucciones son muy útiles. :-)

May I ask what regional dialect you focus on/teach? Thank you!

We focus on Latin American Spanish. Paulísima is Mexican and I'm Venezuelan so those are the main accents you'll get. But, we include the rest of Latin America as much as possible. Thanks for your question! =)=)=)

Depend where you are and who you are talking to... I rarely use pronouns since the verb implies the pronoun. Very much standard in my neck of the woods.
