  • This is an important exercise because the shoulders have to cooperate as we access the movement of our upper spine. For example, think of, Dancer pose or Full Bow. The shoulder movement that is necessary to get into these postures takes some time to develop. It can be done, and Backbends on the wall can help, but you have to be patient. There are other training exercises for shoulder development that we practice at Jedi Fight Club and at e84 Training, but the above video will give you a great start.
