I bought the G27 over the G29 because it looked like a normal vintage-y steering wheel. I kinda regret it because there are lots of steering wheel mods for the G29 such as GT and F1 steering wheels that fit the buttons. But anyways, the G27 (for me) looks more aesthetically pleasing and looks less complicated, and I only play AC, FH4, and ETS2.

@@matthewhollandf1 Do you have a wheel stand or cockpit? because DD wheels are super unstable on ikea tables, thats why I got a g29, upgraded to a cockpit, then upgraded to a dd wheel

I bought my first G27 in 2009 for ETS1, few years later it broke so I bought a new G27 and still use it.
I started on a Logitech g29. GXX
I had a momo before g920 and the quality is better in momo btw its 15 years old now yes i agree the feedback is better but the wheel quality is not.

unless the shifter fails, then you're done, had one, get the G29 instead, same wheel, more reliable, (at least for me... your mileage may vary.)

It's basically the same as the g27 and g29. The g27 is just a bit louder and comes with the shifter. They are all great for starting out.

You need to clean the sensors inside. Or add deadzone until it doesn't. but your pedal will be less sensitive. Cleaning is the better option.
