Hi. I lost my Cabin Air Filter Cover/Cap after a service. I noticed it after a long time. Can you please let me know the part number for Swift 2012 model Cabin Air Filter Cover, to purchase it online.
Nice try. It's generally recommended to replace the cabin filter instead of cleaning. Because cleaning doesn't actually remove the fine dust particles. If it's really required cleaning and you are not interested to replace then blow air from clean side to the dirt side, (the opposite way to the video shown). This allows the dust particles to go away and does not allow them to permeate through clean side which eventually comes to your nostrils when you switch on the AC with recirculation mode.
There are stains on both the sides of the filter so it looks like that I am cleaning it from the wrong side. But it's not I am blowing air from the opposite side of the dust Yeah it should be replaced for better results When we Don't have one we can clean it and use for some time Btw thanks for your valuable feedback
The direction of air flow should be opposite when cleaning with vacuum cleaner. If you do it the other way, it’s going to choke the air filter as dust particles would get stuck further inside.
I know this actually for full cleaning you need much higher pressure which is not possible with a vacuum cleaner But you can get it cleaned to some some extent
Dost in my filter i always see rats shit. Today i saw my envelope containing car documents lost then i opened this part and i saw it in pieces inside the filter and air fan. From where these rats are getting in there please help
