I don't think he's especially bad as a person. It's just very common for influencers to get caught up in this kind of stuff and talk too much online. Inevitably you're going to end up saying bullshit at some point. I respect the fact he's made a successful brand, not an easy thing to do. He's not my favourite youtuber (or guitarist for that matter) but I think he's ok. I find his videos interesting in small doses.

In future if even a penny is requested (let alone £17K!!) from the public we should demand a full audit trail. For the insurance debacle we should’ve been provided with: - The police crime report, including details of stolen items within that report. - Evidence of Dorje having had insurance in place coupled with the reasons the insurance payout was declined, so fans could make an informed decision on where the blame lied. - All communications between the insurance company and Dorje on the claim. - Evidence of what the fans’ money was spent on including receipts. I would also like to see an audit trail for the birthday present money requested from fans, including proof of a subsequent purchase of vocal lesson(s) with the money raised. This kind of evidential detail would rebuild the trust in Chapman. So I’m requesting it now.

Where Lee wanted something simple and relatively cheap for his office or for people living in appartment or with a family. I have always thought if youre able to earn an income playing music, youve " made it" in the music industry. Why not just accept that Rob lies often and attempts to get as much money as he can from his audience? That's what's evidenced, and you can feel however you like about it, but it's reality.

The Chapman “My Truth” video from which these clips were taken was the video which cancelled Chapman. It wasn’t the KDH video, it was the extraordinary level of conceit and ability to lie displayed in his response which finished him. His channel has faded so much since early 2020, and rightly so. I hope the guitar brand folds and Lee goes his own way with something else. Lee deserves a lot better as a business partner than this arrogant buffoon.

Have you seen the video where Lee and Chappers talk about „quiet“ pactise amps? Where Lee wanted something simple and relatively cheap for his office or for people living in appartment or with a family. Chappers rhought that‘s all shit it always needs to be loud, he got so annoying beknging up the kemper peofiler until someone had to install it. Lee just wanted a simple, fun amp. Like the little Vox amp that looks like a purse, or the blackstar id:core beam or something. You could see the cringe in Lee‘s face. Chappers is a narcissistic prick and it doesn‘t just shine through lately. But it‘s Lees problem when i has his fingers in the Chapman‘s company. I just like much Lee more because he seems kinda honest and he can have a laugh at his own expense. Chappers just fists himself
Lee anderton is hardly a likeable guy calling himself "the captain" all whilst working for his dad. Yet he seems like an angel compared to this scrotal abnormality.
That nickname was the result of Rob telling him he needed one. I never thought Lee took himself too seriously, though.
Lee is fine apart from his business association with Chapman and those awful planks he sells.

Anderton reviews were a waste of time when this guy was involved. It’s only recently that they have managed to snare a few genuinely good guitar players providing useful and interesting content. Not fanboying by any means but im confused because hes genuinely an active touring musician who has done so across several bands. I have always thought if youre able to earn an income playing music, youve " made it" in the music industry. Hes certainly lasted his 5 minutes in the world of guitar players, whether or not its his quick few minutes of fame or going to last is up to him I suppose.
@@madmod one thing no one can take away from Chapman is his marketing savvy - whether accidental or planned…and the fact he is living the dream… beautiful wife and child… living in the Mediterranean and doing music full time. I think it all went to his head a bit evidenced by his “power” over the internet..statement. He is also a pretty good teacher. My issue with him was the time I wasted watching his reviews which to be frank lacked substance and useful content, and his arrogance that crept in. I just don’t think he compares to people like Pete Thorn or Phil X

Do you real blind tests and test them with analyse gear that show how they really preform?.I good rule is to never buy a instrument or gear etc before you have tried it.That is the problem with online shopping.If u know because u have used a product before is different.For me i have to see the inside of electronic gear,what quality of parts are used matter.
