My topdon artidiag900bt shows a number 1 next to the updates button but when I click on update, it says there are no new updates. Why does it show a number 1 when there are no updates?
I have 21/22 F150 I am working on, I tried to activate the EPB maintenance mode but got an error message saying the software could be out dated and a couple other things
Have an unresponsive screen on a new unit. Phoenix Lite 2. Are there any options to fix with an update when i cant use the touch screen? Or is an unresponsive touch screen even a possible software issue?
I tried it several times and I got same issue where it's keeps coming up asking for new software, that the current version is too low. Upgrade to latest version. I can't afford or want to deal with these issues and it's pushing me to trade this thing in for a Snap On, either a Triton-D10 or the Apollo-D9 . I know for a fact that the guys in shop using Snap On scan tools have no issues going on, because I've had to use them to bail me out when mine did not work for the job.
New update, I was able to get Topdon tech support to remote check my unit and they added new updated software. One thing I can say, TOPDON's tech support in on point. I'm trying to hold off on making this my last scan tool!
