How do you put Valtronic Servomotor in Service mode with Smart?

I have the Phoenix Plus, am I able to clone a Mercedes W221 ECU? I haven't seen any videos of it in operation. My current ECU is erratic. I also have the T Ninja box, as well as the MCU 3. PLEASE HELP? 2012 S550

We show coverage for it, but if your current module is acting up, it's possible cloning will not work.
