Gunther is just a beast. He’s one of the best performers and he fits his gimmick with the imperium just perfectly. They need to push him out of that mid card intercontinental reign and give him a world title push. Have him start by taking the title from Seth Rollins.
Once he loses the intercontinental title they will probably put him in a feud with whoever holds the main title. I'm thinking Cody Rhodes or LA Knight beat Roman Reigns than they lose to Gunther.

It is crazy that if you listen to him from like 4 years ago he basically called all of the top guys currently in WWE and even AEW. He said that Gunther, Breaker, Rhea, MJF, and Jacob Fatu would all be stars one day. I don’t think a single guy or gal he called to be a top star didn’t make it aside from extremely poor booking and injury.
I enjoy listening to Jim but I don't actually watch wrestling anymore, so it is always interesting to actually see the people he talks about. It makes sense why he likes them, they all (well maybe not Charlotte) look like someone who could legitimately beat me up in a fight. There's some wrestlers I've seen that look like I could just sit on them and wait until they tired themselves out.

MJF #1 - He can get himself over in any company or opponent he’s working with. Best promo cutter. Punk #2 - Has definitely lost a step in the ring, works slower, but is super over with the fans and verbally as good as anyone on the mic. Gunther #3 - Throwback wrestler, hard hitting, and true great in ring worker and Ring General. Great gimmick and respect for the business. Juice #4 - He has 70s-80s Heel written all over him. Great in the ring, on the mic, and needs to go to WWE and become a major Heel. Unique look, modern day Bruiser Brody. Drew M. #5 - His current work is his best work ever. Great Heel, music sucks, but his promos have drastically increased and gotten way better. LA Knight #6 - Great on the mic, good in the ring, and has connected with the fans. Probably won’t reach the Main Event based on his age, but IC-US Title Champion. Sammy Z. #7 - His in ring work is off the charts and he knows how and when to sell. He was perfect in The Bloodline and someone fans like to get behind. Seth Rollins #8 - I can’t stand the Joker laughing and wild outfits. He’s still trying to find his gimmick but he’s great in the ring. Better as a Heel. Ass Boys #9 - Great in ring workers and take a lot of bumps. They over sell at times and need to slow down, but I think the taller skinny of the two could become a major Star in WWE. He had a great look and natural arrogance. Austin Theory #10- He’s great in the ring, needs to deviate away from getting cheap heat, and find a way to get himself over. Breaker, Theory, Fatu, Wyatt Sicks, and many others need to show me more before they make my top 10. All have promising futures. Women: Charolette Flair #1 - Nobody is close to her in ring abilities. She’s better as a Heel and greatest female performer of all time. Just like her father. Tiffany Stratton #2 - This girl has it all. In ring work, hot, and plays a great Heel. Love her gimmick. WWE seems to have cooled her off, but fans begging for her to win at the big events. She’s the next top female IMO. R. Ripley #3 - Great in ring worker, strength, size, leader of Judgement Day. We’ll respected by the fans and over. Toni Storm #4 - Love her or hate her, she fits her gimmick and playing it perfectly. She lacks quality opponents but she’s excellent on the mic and great in ring worker. Mercedes Mone #5 - I’m not a big fan of Mercedes but her in ring talent is undeniable. She’s terrible on the mic past 2-3 minutes, but if used correctly she can put on a great match and be entertaining. Brit Baker #6 - Underrated IMO. She’s hot, good in ring worker, and carried the AEW Women’s Division for 4 years. Though out of action she’s still a great cocky performer, has charisma, good on the mic, and needs to go to WWE so we can see new match ups. I’m a fan of her ass - Lol Bayley #7 - She reliable, played a great Karen Heel, and excellent in ring worker. Not to mention she has a great ass. Good promo cutter and better as a Heel. Bianca Belair #8 - Another amazing ass to look at. Comes off a little too much as a try-hard, but she’s a great athlete. She needs some new move sets and needs to move away from talking about making black history. Nobody cares about race. Just wrestle and let history happen. Good mentor to Jade Cargill setting up their break up and 1:1 match at Summer Slam or Mania 2025. Chelsea Green #9 - Great athlete, needs to move away from the comedy spot on the show, and let her show the fans what she can do. Absolutely stunning to look at. Great on the mic, good Heel, very animated, and knows how to play to the fans to get a reaction. Underrated and might be a breakout Star in the making as she looks to be getting a push and possible Women’s MITB winner. She would be awesome as Miss MITB with her personality and fan interaction. Dakota Kai #10 - Kai is good in the ring and plays a good leader of Damage Control. We’ll see if she can break away as a singles Star, but good Heel. She needs some promo work, but she can get there.

I hate that theory went from spotlight to almost not recognize at all on the roster. The original gimmick was so cringe it was awesome I loved it. Theory needs a gimmick or shut up and wrestle. My fear; he becomes another Ziggler. A excellent worker but never really found his gimmick to get over. When Ziggler won the World Title I thought he would get a big push as a modern day Mr. Perfect. He’s a 80s throw back Heel IMO. Theory has the Cena build and 100 times better in the ring, but he lacks promo ability and relies on cheap heat too often to get a reaction. Take him off TV, grow his hair long, bleach it blonde, give him a Flair robe, and come back in 12-18 months as an arrogant improved Heel. Focus on his in ring work to earn respect of the fans. People I see that are overrated or suck. Roman Reigns. (He is this generations HBK) Lowest drawing Champion since HBK. Most legitimately hated man since HBK with tons of go away heat. Bad promo. Mid in ring ability. Was force fed for so long the marks finally just accepted it.
Jay White. HORRIBLE repetitive promo. Also mid to slightly okay worker. Juice is the star of that group & needs to turn on White ASAP. Tofu is apropo.
The Bucks, Elite, Jack Perry, Orange Cassidy, Kenny Omega, all absolutely trash. I have a video on my channel of the Young Bucks together in a tag team match spending 4 mins 40 seconds in the team double teamming someone. That buries your ref. Your rules. The company. If you don't know how to do your spots without making a tag - you don't know HOW TO WORK!!! You can get your shit in with tags. Thats what makes a tag match feel good & flow. Quick tags, keeping pace etc. Its LAZY!!!

I hate that theory went from spotlight to almost not recognize at all on the roster. The original gimmick was so cringe it was awesome I loved it. At first I didn't but they need to do something more with him as a singles wrestler and another person right now that's being mismanaged is montez Ford. That man is going to be a star if they let him do a singles run and push him right.
His failed cash in severely damaged him for a while and his united states title run wasn't booked as good as it should've. His team with Waller has been good though and it seems like he's gonna get a face turn, might help him out

Theory needs a gimmick or shut up and wrestle. My fear; he becomes another Ziggler. A excellent worker but never really found his gimmick to get over. When Ziggler won the World Title I thought he would get a big push as a modern day Mr. Perfect. He’s a 80s throw back Heel IMO. Theory has the Cena build and 100 times better in the ring, but he lacks promo ability and relies on cheap heat too often to get a reaction. Take him off TV, grow his hair long, bleach it blonde, give him a Flair robe, and come back in 12-18 months as an arrogant improved Heel. Focus on his in ring work to earn respect of the fans. I don’t know I’m just throwing shit out there. He needs something different IMO. He’s pretty stale and nobody seems to care, despite all the ability in the World.

Drew yes, Styles is way past his prime and not that great on the mic. He hasn’t connected well overall with the fans to elevate him to lead a company. More of a guy you beat to get into the Main Event or a guy you beat to help legitimize a title run. IC - US title at best.
Agreed, Swerve has talent and good in ring work. Promos are average. Jay White is good on the mic, a little small, but he can work. Not someone I see as a Main Event performer in WWE based on their massive long line of talent. He could be the AEW Champion IMO and a good Heel to lead a Stable.
