"It just really got to the point where I just couldn't move...
I was so bad, so much pain. The pain was unbearable. There wasn't one bit of my body that wasn't safe. I couldn't walk, I couldn't talk, I couldn't do anything. I couldn't even turn around in bed. So it was just horrible. I remember thinking was the point.

I got fibromyalgia but I have severe fatigue with it. I have noticed on most of these Facebook groups, they are negative. They don't offer practical solutions to overcome one's issues. I agree, because we look fine, most people don't understand.
Alessia and I started the Jumpstart program together in January of this year, so I've had the privilege of watching Alessia's transformation first hand. The change in Alessia from when we first met a few months ago to today has been nothing short of dramatic. Her recovery progress has been a big inspiration to me personally, as our situations are similar: Former business owners who lost our businesses to this illness, who each have had CFS for over a decade and have been largely housebound during our time with the illness.
For those of you who are considering Miguel's program, I can say that Alessia's progress has not been an anomaly. Of the ten of us who started the program together in January
(myself and Alessia among them), all of us have experienced dramatic leaps forward in our recovery -- in many cases after months if not years of stagnation despite numerous attempts.
I just got off a group coaching call with Alessia a little while ago and comparing where she's at now to where she was at the time this video was shot just a few weeks ago, I can say she's experienced another dramatic leap forward. It won't be long before she is not only "back to normal" but healthier and happier than she was at her healthiest and happiest before CFS.
And I can't wait to celebrate that moment with her! Congrats, Alessia!
How much is this program? I need to know before I apply.
@@kea7721 I would try messaging Miguel for more information on this. It is something that is discussed on the application call which follows receipt of your application. Perhaps it makes sense to submit the application and then simply discuss the program and pricing with Miguel at that time. That is what I did.
In terms of the cost, it really depends on access to me and I have to see if we can even help you first. What an inspiring video! I am presently a member of this great CFS Recovery Jumpstart course and I can say with the full heart that Miguel and his great trio of coaches are the real deal! If you want to heal once and for all from CFS, Long Covid, etc. you owe it to yourself to look into this program! I have watched Alessia go from nearly ZERO to a full on HERO in just 3 months! Does CFS causes muscles Flaccid ?? I mean, Muscles are like very loose, flaccid, Sometime hand is feel like cotton soft, ... Or is it Pots related ??

Correct, at that time it was very hard to climb stairs, I was only 3 months in the program. Can definitely do that now .😃
